Lynn Clark

Administrator & CEO

Lynn Clark joined Orchard View as Administrator and CEO in 2025, bringing more than 27 years of executive leadership experience with IBM, where she led large teams and national initiatives in healthcare and community development.

Passionate about people and community, Lynn is dedicated to ensuring that Orchard View provides exceptional care while fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, staff, and volunteers. A resident of Gagetown, she is deeply committed to strengthening ties between Orchard View and the local community.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending time with family, exploring the Wolastoq/Saint John River Valley, and contributing to local initiatives that make Gagetown a wonderful place to live and work.

Jill Brewster

Director of Nursing

Jill is an experienced nurse with over a decade of practice in diverse healthcare settings. She began her career after graduating with honours from New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in 2012 as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later advanced her education as part of the first cohort of Practical Nurses to earn a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of New Brunswick Saint John (UNBSJ). 

Jill brings a strong clinical background with experience in acute care, including the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department, along with previous leadership experience in long-term care management. Her broad expertise and patient-centered approach reflect a deep commitment to delivering high-quality care. 

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog, Max. During the summer months, she can often be found at the family cottage, enjoying time with loved ones. 

Kelly Brace

Dietary Supervisor

Kelly joined Orchard View in December 2009, bringing more than 9 years of experience working in special care and long-term care facilities.  Kelly has trained in four departments within Orchard View, being awarded Dietary Supervisor in 2024.

Over 16 years, she has built relationships with the residents and their family.   Kelly manages kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality and leading staff with her leadership skills, communication, multitasking and her passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.

Kelly spends time with her family and friends and enjoys exploring New Brunswick trails with her two dogs. Her hobbies are baking, reading, and travelling.

Ben Perry

Maintenance Supervisor

Ben joined Orchard View in June 2021 as our Maintenance Manager and takes great pride in caring for our home and grounds. He provides strong leadership across maintenance, environmental services, laundry, and housekeeping, ensuring our facility is safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

With over 16 years of supervisory and management experience in commercial and residential construction, Ben brings a strong background in water and sewer systems, automation, and mechanical maintenance and repairs. He is known for his hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and commitment to meeting the highest standards of care and service.

A lifelong resident of Gagetown, Ben is deeply connected to the community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on the Saint John River, boating, and exploring the outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he truly appreciates the rural lifestyle and all that our region has to offer.

Debbie McAllister

Activation Manager

Debbie has been a cornerstone of Orchard View since the doors first opened in 2005. Her journey in long-term care began in 2001, when she worked in Activities at the former Gagetown Nursing Home, following several summers as a student while attending the College of Craft and Design. With over two decades of service, Debbie’s commitment, high energy, and genuine love for residents continue to shine through everything she does.

As Activation Director, Debbie brings joy and connection to daily life at Orchard View. She thrives on meeting residents and families, planning creative programs, organizing outings, and ensuring there is always something engaging happening in the home. She also plays a vital role in recruiting volunteers, entertainers, and local clergy, while proudly coordinating the in-house Comfort Shop.

Outside of work, Debbie cherishes time with her four grandchildren, enjoys camping and baking, and gives back through volunteer work with her church and other community organizations.

Terri King

Administrative Clerk

Terri joined Orchard View LTC as the Administrative Clerk in early 2026. Terri brings over 25 years of experience in business software consulting.


With an extensive background in modelling business processes and implementing system solutions, she offers exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of operational efficiency.


Throughout her career, Terri worked closely with organizations to analyze workflows, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy across complex systems. Today, she can apply that same analytical precision and organizational expertise to support the daily operations of our home.
Her structured approach, problem-solving mindset and commitment to excellence contribute meaningfully to the quality of service provided to residents, their families and staff.


Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time with her loved ones, walking her dog, gardening and enjoying summer on the boat.

Stephanie Smith

Resident Service Clerk

Stephanie brings two decades of experience from her previous role at a family physician’s office to Orchard View, where she has been employed since 2018. She has contributed across all departments within the facility and takes pride in providing comprehensive support for residents’ care and well-being in every aspect of their daily lives.


In the past year, Stephanie was appointed Resident Clerk, a position in which she manages resident records, coordinates appointments, and oversees daily employee staffing responsibilities.


Outside of work, Stephanie values family time and enjoys attending her grandchildren’s sporting events at various venues, including ball fields, ice rinks, and basketball courts. Additionally, she appreciates outdoor activities such as camping and boating, and finds relaxation in crocheting during quieter moments at home.

Jocelyn Beaulieu

Registered Dietician

Jocelyn joined Orchard View in January 2026, bringing more than 6 years of experience in the field of healthcare, with approximately 3 years of experience working in long-term care facilities. Jocelyn has worked in a diverse range of healthcare settings across Canada, including hospitals, clinics, patient support programs and long-term care facilities.


Jocelyn completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Foods and Nutrition at the University of Prince Edward Island. She also completed the Integrated Dietetic Internship program through UPEI, graduating in 2019.


Jocelyn has a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through balanced nutrition. She values a strong person-centred approach to care and customizes nutrition support plans to meet individual dietary needs.


Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys many outdoor leisure activities such as kayaking, fishing, walking her dog, gardening, snowshoeing, and skating.
